I know that it is completely dictated by condition, but what is a complete set of original glass worth?

* All glass is tinted.
* The windshield and rear window may be newer GM replacements (guess I need to read the date codes to confirm), but the door and 1/4 glass are original.
* Considering age, all glass is in very good condition. There are the typical minor scratches, but nothing major and there are no cracks or chips.
* Car was built 11C, so the glass should be dated accordingly.

I was in the Camaro parts business for 15 years. Used glass is a PIA to store, hard to sell, expensive to ship. Most people want 1 piece, dated for their car and in perfect condition for $20.

Tinted convertible quarter glass is the most valuable.

:D right, that is why I have one set on my vert, an NOS set in the box and another used set just in case for my SS. And they are all the right dates! Just my luck to have to have tinted glass in both verts :( :D

Now if I can just find a good tinted pass door with an AX code, I would be done!

Thanks all for the input. :thumbsup: I'll probably just take the entire set to the next swap meet and try to sell it there (along with all of the other parts that I don't need).

OK...another question.

On a '69 Camaro, is there a difference between glass that was installed on a car with power windows vs. manual windows?

I was just looking in the classified and there is an ad for a driver's side glass from a '69 Camaro. However, mine looks completely different than the one in the ad. The bottom of my door glass is rounded inwards between the mounting hardware instead of being straight across.

So, what gives?

btw...my car has power windows.
