1. Is it normal to have a lot of pressure in the upper radiator hose? Even when the car is off it looks like the hose is going to pop.

2. What size cap should I use? I have 16# on it.

3. I have a 160 thermostat and the car runs about 195 when the fan is on. Should it be lower?

I have a new GM 350 (330 HO) crate motor, summit aluminum fan / radiator combo.
