Hi guys, I had bought an underlay carpet from CI. Manufacture is 'Repops', they are like tar, and I had no instructions on how to install it. It is cut in sectional pieces. The questions are, should I glue them or just put them on? Also is the shiny side up or facing downwards? Thanks.
