My driver's side headlight motor is overloading. I have completely removed the motor from the headlight housing and have hooked it up directly to the battery. I took off all the wrapping on the outside so I could see the blue light if it lit up. It flashed a few times and then stopped. the metal case to the motor got warm and now it doesn't do anything anymore.

How do I get it to stop binding?
