Trying to figure out what that eight ball looking componant on the passenger side of the firewall is. It has 2 vacuum lines, 1 through the firewall and one to the intake??????

It helps move the flaps for heat or air and floor, upper vents and defrost. It needs a vacuum source from your intake manifold. .Bad75. You shouldn't take the canister out. Your car has a non-vented cap on the fuel tank. The fuel tank vents gas fumes through the canister, and then to your carb where they can be burned. |
