I see the makings of 2 maybe 3 really cools cars when I look at the car in question. Toss out the Impala tail and add a slightly scaled down set of '57 fins and deck lid for a really sporty retro tribute to the old shoe box. Or ditch the Belair front end and graft on a scaled down version of the Impala front end, that would be cool too. I think over all the tail fins are too large for the car and all though I really like the rear view of the car it's too out of balance. They did a great job scaling down the front end I think it works because of the early vette front ends... Together the overall car just doesn't quite work...

Personally I am going with something a little more subtle......

I agree. I like the front view it looks nice and clean but, the side and rear view with the "Impala" wings/fins really doesn't fit and looks like someone stuck them on later.
