Does anyone have a good idea of what repo parts are good or bad in regards to restoring a console? I am attempting to put an original back together. It was for an automatic, but I will be switching it over to a 4 spd console. If anyone has experience with the good or bad of these parts, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Dont use the stickers to recover your wood grain on you forward plate or shift plate, it will look nice for about a year the the glue starts to release and they roll up. I HAVE USED THE REPO BUMPERS, REAR LIGHT LENSE, SHIFT LENSE ON AUTOMATIC, AND ALL THE PARTS AROUND THE AUTO SHIFTER FROM NPD, AND THEY WORKED OUT WELL. JUST DONT USE THE STICKERS.

I noticed that there are a couple of different companies that make parts for the consoles, I think OER and Classic Headquarters. I have had some experience with the OER stuff and was not impressed with it. Is the Classic stuff any better?

I had no issues with the stickers, I did stip and clean 100% with solvents before using

Go with the Classic Industries stuff. Very good quality.
