Hey guys ive got another problems i try to turn the right signal on but it does nothing the right turn signal tail light comes on but does not flash the front does not come on at all...also both of my turn signals are on all the time i have a 98 camaro but the right one's not on at all..wat could the problem be?

The alarm flashes the parking lights, not the turn signal, they are the same bulb, but
there are 2 filiments.
