Can someone direct me on how to download pictures to the forum?

Reduce size of picture to 600X450, upload pictures to an online site, click for public viewing, and get the url address of the picture. I get it from calling up Properties and copying the address.
Then, come here, paste the url address with img on both ends like this:
urladdressThis produces this: Ol' Bob
http://www.camaros.net/forums/picture.php?albumid=37&pictureid=507
