Are those repro front end parts? The fit doesn't look too bad.

Im assuming the car was shipped over from the looks of the way its strapped to the mini barge. Or did it float over LOL Kinda reminds me of the movie Tom Hanks was in with some volleyball as he was floating over sea with.
OK, seriously, Is there a significant difference in your build cost when it comes to shipping parts over there. Im assuming there not to much to chose from from local vendors or parts cars.

Looks nice Bobby. We will have to swing by and check it out. Plaining on making a another trip out next summer. This will be about our 10 trip to the islands. Sure wish I had mine over there to cruise around. Second thought I don't know if I do or not with the traffic around Honolulu and Eva. Good Luck Smez

Aloha, Dave
The car was shipped just as you see it from North Carolina, on a Matson Ship. I was planning on buying a trailer and towing it with my Chevy Tahoe to CA, but I was told that they would have to be shipped with Camaro not on the trailer so that plan was changed. I contacted a Car Transport company and just like that this very big truck and trailer showed up at my home in North Carolina, the driver opened the back and off loaded a Ford Model A, 1959 Corvette and a 1957 Chevy, he then loaded my car he told me that my car would be just fine and he was true to his word. The car was shipped to the Big Island (Hawai'i) to an aunt's home for storage about 7 years then shipped to O'aho, that's the photo that all of you have seen, the cars on a steel form used for shipping cars the other option is some dock person driving your car on to the barge and that was not going to happen!!! so I paid the $300.00 extra to have shipped that way.

I was working at my shop Liferaft & Marine Safety Equipment above POP Marine & Fishing Supply on the 11th of Apr, the only cars I saw at the Nico's Car and Coffee was Corvettes, was really looking forward to seeing some Camaro's. I could not make the cruise night in mililani maybe next time, give me a call, Bob
