When my 68 was done the body guy trashed these supports, how can they be installed on a car that is already done? Or can they be installed?

Good question, can they be retrofitted? also does anybody have a good shot of how they fit?

The factory installed them under the gutters on the edge. I suppose you could trim that portion off, and simply glue them to the undersides of the quarter in the yellow area shown in the pic.. They were originally spot welded along the edges and had a foam adhesive between them and the quarter.

Where can you look and tell weather they or not?

They are located up under the quarter in the forward corner of the trunk lid area. Open the trunk, and look underneath the QP. These stiffeners can be retrofitted if need be.
