hi, i have and an NOS camshaft that has some very minor surface rust on some of the lobes
i'm going to install this cam in a motor this week but want to clean the little rust deposits off...

it cleans right up with the fine scotch brite...

is it safe to do use this? or is there a better means of cleaning the lobes?

Thanks

Aaron

If you use that method, make sure you wash/clean off every last molecule of the Scotchbrite debris - that stuff is DEATH on bearings.

:beers:
