Ok I am back, with a 69 camaro cowl induction that does not want to work again. I installed a replacement relay that CLICKS when the throttle switch is activated. Power goes to the hood actuator but no longer opens up. WHAT IS GOING ON? Is the relay bad again or is it the actuator bad?? I have a good ground at the actuator unit, I checked before posting.
