I have already changed engine and trans and the next step I want to take is to pull it down to sheet metal and repaint and replace floor pans, car was from mich and undercoat and rust won before I got it. Does anyone recomend a suspension kit, want to convert to disc and replace front clip also want to change rear suspension but not get rid of axles and posi. As dave pozzi said I want a roadable car that if I change tires can carve a winding road with the best. My wifes hero was Mark Donahue and the TransAm road racer. Please recomend what I need to do. Is your mind set on replacing the front clip or have you considered the stock clip with all new suspension parts? Lot's of good info here on both...

I'd really suggest you do some searches and ask more directed questions.

The drver side front fork bent and partially cut. real fun putting new bumper on it, that is reason for clip. plus entire body needs new bushings.
