maybe, I have a great motor man here in Colo. he can squeeze 50hp out of a nickel my 64 vette runs mid 9's at 5260 ft above sea level with a small block lil M 355 cu in motor in a 1900 pound car. The 511 pulled 820 hp with 635 torque at 6000 rpm. He's the brain behind my builds:)
