How much is a convertible 67 RS SS 4 speed worth. It supposedly has the orginal engine and trans. It is a project and has solid quarters doors and fenders. The floors will need some attention and the interior will need to be redone. I know its not much info but any estimates will help.

Ken, welcome to Team Camaro!
It's tough to put a number to it without pics and more details, but... I assume it is an SS350 car; big block cars are in a whole different price structure.
If the car is complete (all the interior, all the original engine components, all four cocktail shakers, etc.) and solid (good rockers, all the vert underbracing is there and solid, etc.), but needs completely gone through and/or restored, market for an RS/SS350 4-speed car seems to be ranging from the mid-teen thousands to the low $20Ks, depending on original options, color combo, paperwork/documentation, and of course verification that the drivetrain matches. Have to watch for fake trim tags and restamped engine/trans/other components...
For some people, it is easier to get their heads around pricing if you look at how much the car would be worth complete, then figure out how much it will take to get a given car to that same point. Here's a recent thread discussing completed cars like what you are asking about.

X2 - mid-teens - low $20Ks depending at what state (project) it is in. Check the cowl tag and run the numbers for the engine, trans and rearend. Shoot for the teens, being that it is someones project and has decided not to finish it.
