Hi,

my name is Christian, I'm a sec. lieutenant in the german army and I'm 21y old and the proud owner of a japanese Z28 in arctic white.
I've been searching for a 93-97 Z28 for about two years now and found one in good condition about 1 month ago in the greater area of Munich.
I bought the car about two weeks ago with ca 44t mls from a british citizen and now have to change some details for the german registration.
I've added clear Signal lights to meet the german regulations (we need to have white parking lights in the front and aren't allowed to have the yellow turning lights burning while driving  )
Also I need to change the original japanese lowbeam headlamps for LHD - traffic.

In Japan they added a Wing from Sniper Racing and a Sniper Racing Catback which sounds great.
Also they put a Sony 10x-CD-Changer in the car.

The car has the CV5 and VB1 RPO Code for Japan, black leather interieur, the adjustable driver seat, the premium sound system and automatic transmission.

Here are some pictures of my car (The red one is belonging to another one here in Bavaria) with a german short term license plate which don't really fit to the car :D

Very cool, wonder how a Japanese version ended up in Germany.

I have a 96 V6 from Japan, it has Japanese instruction book and Japanese warning lettring on inside gas filler lid and kmph speedo. Mine was imported to the Philippines.

What is CV5 and VB1 RPO codes for Japan ?

To the story of the car.

In GreatBritain the often buy used cars from Japan, because they are in usually good condition and are RHD, too.

My Camaro was exported directly after her birth on 12th Apr 1995 to Japan and was shipped from Japan to GreatBritain in mid 2006. There he had two owners. And they hacked the VIN in the Frame and added a rear fog light (european standard procedures).
The second owner was sent by his company to munich, germany and now lives here and after he's getting father for the third time he selled 2 of his 3 f-bodys. And so the white one became mine.

I also have a lot of japanese stickers under the hood and everywhere else in the car.
