It is not very hard to replace the bearing and it should be readily available at a parts store. Make sure you mark the two shafts and all yokes when you separate them. They are all balanced as an assembly and need to go back exactly how they came apart. You do not want to replace a two-piece with a one piece. One reason is that it most likely will not fit. The other is that if you installed a one-piece in a car that had a two piece, you might run into the "skipping rope" effect at speed. Imagine what a jump rope looks like when two kids are twirling it and that's what an improperly set up driveshaft can do.

If I were you, I'd run a search over on http://forum.sportruck.com/ or http://www.s10forum.com/forum/ The extended cab S10's use a two piece and there are probably lots of posts on how to change them out there.
