Hello all, I'm Phil from S.E. Kansas and after years of drooling at other peoples 1st gen Camaro's I've finally bought my own. I've restored a few cars and will be restoring the 67 I snagged back to original specs except for the engine ( original 350 is long gone ). I'm also thinking of converting the front drum brakes to power disk.

By the way, you say southeast Kansas...I'm from Kansas but moved to Louisiana at age 13 back in the mid 60s. My grandparents lived in a little town called Oswego, Kansas, which is about 20 miles from Pittsburgh, Kansas and 20 miles in the other direction from Parsons, Kansas. Nothing but farm country there! What got me hooked on 1st Gen Camaro's was the movie " Better Off Dead".
