Hey i just got off the phone with Brodix and they have a new head called the RR 200. Aparently it flows better than the Track 1 through .500 lift{264cfm} and almost as good up until around .650 lift and its only a 200CC intake runner so port velocity is excellent. Anyone know of any articles on these? Or any information on them, im just wondering.

Nothing specific on the Brodix heads, but be CAREFUL about whose flow number's you trust. There are some very good independent flow-test results on most Chevy heads (including the Track 1's) posted at the chevy high performance website. If I recall, the Track 1's didn't do so hot.
Using a manufacturer's flow numbers is like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse.

Check out the following link, I thought I remember seeing them being sold on ebay.
Doesn't really have anymore info other than a picture, assuming it is of the actual RR200 heads, you have to ask the seller.

Well I just bought a set...they arent cheap but im sold on them. I got them for 1100 dollars at Lints Performance in C.R. Plus then im paying for the CNC chambers, have them milled to 60cc, correcting the intake face, and bolt holes, and titanium retainers. The Figures i got from brodix are very impressive. They are a 200cc head with the CNC chambers and 2.05 valves, they flow as follows..
intake Exaust
.200 141 .200 112.7
.300 221 .300 152.9
.400 242 .400 170.6
.500 265 .500 178.7
.600 272 .600 183
.650 273 .650 185
Now i know your not supposed to go by a manufacturers numbers but those are impressive and they beat the brodix Track 1 {wich despite anything anyone says about them they are a proven head in all forms of racing} all the way to .400 then they are within 2-6 cfm from .500-.650 Brodix says the intake runner is a new design And the coolest thing about it is that Brodix said sometime if i want some more power i can send them back for a full CNC port job. So i guess all thats left to pick out is my cam.....back to the drawing board.

You may have gotten a better price if you called Radar or Pete at R & J Performance in Cedar Falls. Dave Rotter of Brodix used to work there. Thus, they have the hot deal on Brodix stuff, and have the inside scoop on all the things going on there. 988-3595 would have been the number to call. ;)

The intake flow looks impressive but the exhaust flow looks a little weak. A good dual patterned cam might be needed here. I'd love to see a back to back comparison of the 200 RaceRites against the AFR 195's on a dyno. Could be very very interesting.
