There is good history discussion of things like the LS1 in the COPO section, but what about a general history section where everything from the inception, major players, oddities, discontinuation and recreation can be discussed?

I had sent in a similar request...but I think the mods have their plates full at this time. The concept is an excellent idea, and has been brought up beofe in several past threads dealing with this type of input.
