I just found this link that told me I was bleeding my brakes all wrong. I was starting with the farthest wheel from the MC. It my be some good info for the rest of you.

Hmmm.............since the pump volume is small, fill the short lines first to fill the void of the tubing, less work on the pump/hand squeezing.

I've found the MityVac to be just about worthless for bleeding brakes.

What was the problem Robert? Did you bleed them like they say in these instruction?

Ive done quite a few with the MityVac tool. Works fine, can bleed a new/empty system in about 1/2 hour with it, but the handle isn't very durable over time.

Harbor Freight has a tool ($29 or so) that uses the venturi effect to pull fluid through the lines, your compressor will need to be able to maintain 90-115 psi works far better than mity vac, which can work but not that great of results for me either. A friend said that the bleeder fittings need to be greased to prevent leaks in the process for the mity vac! The venturi tool for lack of better name takes just a minute or two to empty reservoir. I start at farthest away with the aforementioned tool. Works awesome and truly is one man job, however I don't use the refill jug-duhicimus that comes with it.

There was a pressure tool JohnZ swears by that was mentioned a month or two ago for bleeding brakes.
