I have a really nice big block 4-core radiator that I ordered a few years ago for a 68 camaro I use to own.
I want to put it in my 67 camaro with my 406 small block. Will my original small block shroud work? or should I try a big block shroud? If I use a big block shroud will the fan line up right in the shroud opening? I know the big block motor is offset to the right.... Your thought please!

My 67 sb is running a big block 4 core radiator. The fan shroud is for a small block w/a.c. like this : http://www.rickscamaros.com/product.asp?pf_id=EP-2R&dept_id=3201 The a.c. version is 23 inches wide (non a.c. is 21) and has the fan opening in the correct location. The big block shroud has an offset opening that interferes with the small block fan.

It looks like you can still get the AC version in GM. You guys have the GM or repop?

$144.99 for G.M. vs $62.99 for repop. I did the repop and it fits fine. Nothing original on my car anyway.

I did the repop and never again. It fits quite well but there was very little solder sealing the core to tanks. It leaked within 6 months and I had to have it completly rebuilt.
