Would like to know if the 69 327 valve cover of engines/cars built at Norwood plant originally have the built by Norwood sticker on the valve cover?

I think you may be referring to the Tonawanda Engine Plant sticker.

My guess would be no, they didn't get the sticker. I don't recall ever seeing one on a 327.

I could be wrong so wait and see what others say.

Actually, Tonanwanda built both SB (higher HP) and BB engines which received the sticker on the pass side front of valve cover. Flint built engines did not. So if your engine stamp starts with a "T" (regardless of SB or BB), then it gets the sticker. :)

The Camaro's only received the 210 horse version of the 327.

Being low horse power, where they all built at Flint?

I guess that may explain why I have never seen a sticker on a 327.

The 327 210 HP engine I had in my 68 Camaro in high School had a Tonawanda Team #1 stricker on the passenger side valve cover when I bought it in 74.

Actually, Tonanwanda built both SB (higher HP) ... :)

Flint built the majority of the 'HP' SB engines and ALL of the Solid Cam HP SB's ;)
Tonawanda built only Hydraulic cammed SB's.

All Tonawanda built engines, SB or BB, from the mid/late 60's through the 70's recieved the "#1 Engine Team" stickers.

Lets see if I have this correct, So even if my car was built in Norwood the engine was probably built in Tonawanda built engine and would have the Tonawanda sticker on the passenger side front valve cover?

Steve, It was a crap shoot. Just look at you engine for the "T" in the first position, then you will know for sure :)

Steve, you have a Flint engine (V in the first position), so no sticker.
