Trying to hook-up the emergency brake on the rear drums. Have all new cables although the factory assembly manual does not show this well. I'm really struggling to connect to the drums. Do I have to disassemble the brakes to make the connection? Does anyone know of a place to get a good diagram of connections from the front cables to the two rear cables. Anything will help.

No disassembly required for hook-up. Each wheel casing gets fitted through a holed bracket about midway the front length of the spring on the inside of the frame rail.
Fit the casing through the hole and secure with a hitch clip if you don't have the OE style keepers. Now you have the cable with crimp hanging.
Bring the main cable up to meet the wheel cable and fit a U-shaped connector to connect each cable end. Support the pass side of the main cable with the equalizer bar via a hole in the pass subframe. Adjust driver side cable from the pedal for 6-8 clicks.
You'll find the clips, connectors, cable brackets, and equalizing bar here:
