Not sure what needs to be replaced. The car follows the cracks or lines in the road. I am thinking of shocks but what else should I replace.

how much play is in the steering? could be loose or bad tie rod ends?

what kind of tires?? bias ply or radials...
bias plys tend to wander all over...by comparison to the radials...

1. Tiers Look fine But they are about 8 years old. The car has been sitting in my shop for 3 years.

2. No Play in the steering

3. Tires are radials Good Year Eagles Speed Rated

My guess is your tires, especially since you say they are 8 years old and were sitting for 3. I used to have a 96 Impala SS and when the tires on it got worn it would follow just about any line on the road. The problem went away with new rubber. I would get some new shoes and call it good.

A front wheel bearing service wouldn't be a bad idea either.
