1967 camaro 327 V8/m21 4spd. 235/60/15 on 15 by 8 vette ralley wheels. I have 28 3/4" from ground to lip of front fender (on center) & 28" from ground to lip of rear quarter (on center) rear is currenly mono leaf. ( converting to multi leaf) wondering if these specs are close to normal? I have a factory manual but all specs do not account for the larger tire I am running (was a 14 by 6 car). Was a factory a/c car(since removed). Any help? this cannot be a odd tire combo for this car just need to know. any help or info much appreciated. Thx, Mike

You should measure from the center of each wheel to the fender lip. This dimension should not change with different wheel and tire combo's.

Lowering springs or cut yours... I would NOT recommend drop spindles :noway:

Or do what I should have done and that's install the cheap, adjustable roundy-round car cans up front and then buy whatever set of short coil springs you want to run.

front factory height 27
rear 27 3/4
i used the hotchis rear and it droped to 26 3/4
the Hotchis front springs dropped the car to 25 1/4 which was to low for my 235x60x15 I have the same vett rally wheels. The height came from the Hotchis people

I saw the correction you made.....are those numbers you posted for the original 14" or your 15" wheels?
