Hey guys,installing va,I need to remove the little slider knobs on the heat & air panel,the little buggers feel like they are welded on.I need to remove them to put new label on,I don't want to break anything.Thanks

If you are talking 69, they just pull off. They can ge really tight, but wiggle them while you pull, and they will come off. Can't speak to 67-68.
