I think you are talking about the grommets? NPD catalog has them on page 53 listed at 5 bucks for the set.

Left side has the grommets that go through the support, right side bolts direct to the support.

One side bolts directly to the support, the other side uses well nuts.
You can buy them at most home improvement stores. Like a buck for a bag...
