EC's 327 Jun 22nd, 09, 06:13 PM I dont like the Gagues. Other than that its a clean car.... Not sure about 140K clean, but it is nice!
BelAirBob Jun 22nd, 09, 06:13 PM That is one beautifully done car. $140K is a bunch of lettuce, but I'll bet it cost plenty to build. That interior alone has got to be $15K plus-with the emphasis on plus.
X33D80 Jun 22nd, 09, 06:28 PM A little too over the top in both design and price for me.
Car nut Jun 22nd, 09, 06:37 PM I think this was a BJ car??
gro51 Jun 22nd, 09, 06:41 PM Nice work I'm sure, but not my cup of tea. Not to mention about $120,00 out of my price range.
foreverlookin Jun 23rd, 09, 06:41 AM to each their own....and I would choose not to own!
rojo Jun 23rd, 09, 06:49 AM The rear end is a "Dana" 60 with "Strange" spool
Obviously not a track car, wonder why the spool?
I also think this car was on BJ at one time.
67 Plum Jun 23rd, 09, 07:24 AM The 71 sublime green HemiCuda in the background caught my atten.
dubs68camaro Jun 23rd, 09, 07:32 AM does that include the trailer you will always have to keep it in?
Spitfire44 Jun 23rd, 09, 08:30 AM That color hurts my eyes. Is it just me or does the car seem short. Pics must have been resized an they lost the aspect ratio.
angelglo Jun 23rd, 09, 08:41 AM i too do not like the guages. it reminds me of a 50's or earlier car styling.
Vegas69 Jun 23rd, 09, 09:15 AM Pretty much hate it honestly... Way to much orange, dislike the rocker extensions, stance is way off, like a more muscular interior.
SPARKY69 Jun 23rd, 09, 09:28 AM Pretty much hate it honestly... Way to much orange, dislike the rocker extensions, stance is way off, like a more muscular interior. x2 ,not my style
RSSSfanatic Jun 23rd, 09, 09:41 AM The 71 sublime green HemiCuda in the background caught my atten.
I'm with you on that one - and a ragtop to boot! I love Camaros, but if I ever win powerball, a ragtop Cuda or Challenger will be a must-have.
RSSSfanatic Jun 23rd, 09, 09:42 AM I like the stance and the wheels for a pro-street car, but I agree that an Impala dash pad belongs in and Impala, not in a Camaro!
Vintage 68 Jun 23rd, 09, 02:45 PM Gee - all those 'detailed pictures' and not one of the Cowl Tag :D
Not my cup-o-tea at all :noway:
Like said WAYYYYYYYYY to much orange ...
And, ugly A$$ wheels - like something out of "Hot Wheels" collectable box ;)
musclecarjohn Jun 23rd, 09, 02:53 PM Pretty much hate it honestly... Way to much orange, dislike the rocker extensions, stance is way off, like a more muscular interior.
Waaay too much freaking orange...and I like orange.
77thor Jun 23rd, 09, 03:40 PM Nice... but I wouldn't want it. You can't drive it, so why have it.
cencal69 Jun 23rd, 09, 07:01 PM It sucks.
RamAirDave Jun 23rd, 09, 10:43 PM I didn't look at all the 180 pics, but it looks like some pretty nice work.
Don't really see the need for the bash/piling-on comments about it, but whatever.
White_RS/SS_350 Jun 23rd, 09, 11:41 PM That's a lot of orange! Personally, I wouldn't buy it. I'm not a fan of custom interiors (or exteriors for that matter) on first gens, I think they look great from the factory. Plus that tach is way too far from eye sight for me. I like important gauges like that to be at eye level. $0.02
69z28freak Jun 24th, 09, 01:09 AM Not my cup of tea. Obviously a lot of time and money went into the build. Nice detail work of what used to be a 69 Camaro. I like em stock or at least stock appearing. Would someone really pay that much for a one of a kind modified Camaro? I agree, it is almost to nice to drive for that money. I'd take a copo clone over it any day!
DougP Jun 24th, 09, 05:03 AM I can live with the mods on the exterior, however, I don't like the interior at all -- $140K is a big chunk of change for that car -- it will be interesting to see if he gets it, especially in this economy
