View Full Version : Why do some topics get locked out?? jd502 Jun 22nd, 09, 07:35 PM Example the topic on the motion car got locked out or closed, just curious never seen that before? jd502 Jun 23rd, 09, 07:59 PM ANYONE:confused: DjD Jun 23rd, 09, 08:56 PM There are many reasons a thread can be closed. When people are not getting along for example or when a thread seems to be only a part of a conversation or maybe one that is being continued from another web sites forums... There are many reasons beyond those and and the copo forum here tends to get special attention because of past problems revolving around other sites... cencal69 Jun 24th, 09, 01:11 PM There seems to be an extrordinary amount of bashing going on in the past couple of days. Those threads got locked. People just need to carefully choose their words - after they've tried every way possible to resolve the matter with the vendor. I can't afford to buy any new parts so it makes no sense to bash a guy at the swap meet who sold me something used. 1969ProStreetCamaro Jun 24th, 09, 02:15 PM There seems to be an extrordinary amount of bashing going on in the past couple of days. When certain posts in a thread become rather "heated" or argumentative to the point that they detract from the original intent of the thread......that's when the lock appears.
