Anyone have pics of factory Camaro headers that were dealer installed/inside of the trunk? Did they have four bolt collector flange? Just wondering if I have a pair of those or something else.

Can't say that I've ever heard of a factory installed header in a Camaro.

I had not either, but saw this relative to rare options: (http://www.camaros.org/geninfo.shtml#RareOptions)

"Factory Headers - Available on Z-28 Camaros as a dealer-installed item. Supplied in 1967-68 from the factory in the trunk of the car for installation by the dealer. "

All the ones I've seen on the west coast have a 3 bolt flange, There will also be some numbers stamped between the tubes on the flange. That's how mine are. Jerry MacNeish shows some others in his 67 68 book. This option was dropped for the 69 model year & was NOT available in California for any year....Joe
