Does anyone have a photo of a rear antenna on a 69. I'm trying to find out if it's slanted or sticks straight up (perpendicular to the ground). I think a slanted one might look good and then I could run a power antenna.
Thanks,
John

You may like this power antenna setup. It doesnt stick out like a sore thumb.

Here's mine....came w/ the U73 option (rear manual antenna)...that is the factory location but I believe i replaced the antenna but it sticks up staright......pain in the A** when you open the trunk.....spoiler hits it....keep that in mind when making your decission.

Couldn't get a spoiler and rear mounted antenna from the factory for the reason mentioned above...

Yup!....the spoiler was added years later. I believe the rear antenna was also a dealer added option ....no?

I have a rear mounted power antenna that has the mast angled to the back. With a rear spoiler I'm always replacing the mast. I get my replacement masts at Autozone.

Do they make a bezel that will allow it to sit straight up. I'm guess the bezel would have to be slanted to make this work?
