I'm looking to get a 2.5 mandrel bent exhaust system that exits behind the rear tires, but I don't want a cross-over pipe or an H-pipe. Who sells a system that doesn't have those?

I bought the 2.5" headpipes and tailpipes from Pypes and got some Hooker Aerochamber mufflers to complete the exhaust. These bolted up to headers so if you're using stock manifolds you might need the downpipes as well.

Just a thought but it may be more expensive to locate one w/o H/X-pipe vs. just getting the Flow Master American Thunder system and cut & patch the H-pipe. I put that 2.5 sytem on my '68 and very happy with the fit and was very cheap from Jegs.

Summit Racing and/or Jegs has a complete exhaust system kit, including mufflers, for the 1st gen F body cars, decent price too!....The exhaust system is designed for header equipped cars however!....Matter of fact, I still have a complete 2 1/2" kit laying around in the garage however I can't remember from whom I purchased, it was either Summit or Jegs!
