Looks more complete than really is. I still need to measure pushrods to get correct rocker geometry, and button up the top end.

Very nice!!!

What compression are you shooting for? Also if you don't mind me asking, how much $$$ have you spent just on the parts so far? I am considering building a blown version of that motor so I am starting to do my homework.

Compression is close to 9.8:1. For a blower motor these pistons with these heads unmilled will put you closer to 9:1 but depending on your blower size that compression may not be low enough.

If it helps anything, I know a few guys running 10psi on 10.25:1
May work for you, some of these are EFI setups though, but if you haven't even begun building it, get lower comp heads/pistons!
Engine looks great, love the look of fresh parts, especially pistons on a super clean block.
That thing is gonna scream!

The compression I have built to should be higher for this cam, but with the duration it has, anymore off the heads will get my valve to piston clearance too low. I have talked alot with Crower and they said it should be alright. We'll just have to see...

Thanks, we'll see...and the Fender Mustang is a hell of a guitar!

If your cam were in a smaller ci motor I would say it is a little large being under 10:1, but your extra cubes could really use what you have.
Now finish that bad boy up so we can hear a vid!!!
