I am getting around to the headlamp doors on my 67. The motors are there but there are no wires coming from it. Question is do I need to buy new motors (which are expensive) or can you take them apart and connect wires inside them for them to work and if so does anyone have a diagram for the connections. This hasn't been a priority right now.

You can replace the wires, just have to solder the wire to the terminals on the top of the motor. You may want to test each motor by running leads to a 12v battery to make sure the motors will turn each direction before you spend a lot of time wiring them up.
If I remember correctly, the wire that opens the motor goes to the top of the limit switch on the headlight bucket and the wire that closes the motor goes to the top of the limit switch on the radiator support.
