Does anyone make a prebent 1/2 SS fuel line ststem to replace my factory 3/8 one? I have concerns a 3/8's line will not be big enough to feed my HP Holley mechanical fuel pump that will feed my 650hp dyno'd engine that I am about to install in my 67 convertible. Can I get away with 3/8's?
Your thoughts and experience would be appreciated.

WOW! That is great service. This site continues to amaze me. I spent hours trying to find 1/2 fuel line. Thank you.
O.K now do I really need 1/2? If so who sells a 1/2 fuel tank pick up?

Need 1/2" line ? maybe... some have made that HP without it. I ran 1/2" aluminum line from my fuel cell. Do I need 1/2" line in the 500ish range ? probably not... but I know I'll never have fuel issues at this level :D
I know a few have made their own 1/2" pick-ups and I think someone is producing them ?

Found one!
RobbMc Performance. Looks like they have a couple of cool 1/2 inch options for the sending unit.
Anyone running over 600 HP with the factory 3/8's setup?

trackman, I have the RobbMc set up and like it, but if I had it to do over again I would have just bought a sumped tank.

Thats the one I'm going with. He GUARANTEES It wont cavitate because of the way he baffles the sump. My twin turbo setup will be around 650-700hp when I'm done .I already have 1/2 stainless line from www.inlinetube.com forward and return lines. If I used just one, It fit perfect. Since I used 2 I had a little bending to do. That was a pain with the SS...I'm also using 1 Bosch inline pump.
