Just joined this site but have been on Novas.net (1971355are) for a couple of years. I have a 71 Nova but have a 67 Camaro coming. Long story short I have a friend that bought a SS/RS in 67. My sister had to go with her to drive it home because it is a 4 speed and she was afraid to drive it off the lot. I am going to get the car this fall or next spring. She wants me to freshen it up with new hoses, belts, bushings and other maintenance items. Then I get to keep it for a while to enjoy it before I return it.
She has put it in her will that I get the car as her family have no feelings for it. NO IT ISN'T FOR SELL:noway: won't be as long as I can maintain it. She has documented everything that has been done to the car from day one.
I may need to ask some questions when I get into the car but I know that a lot of the parts are the same as my Nova. I am doing a disc brake conversion on my nova now along with a complete rebuild of the front suspension.
