I recently took my 69 to Milan Dragway in MI. during camaro superfest for first time ever! now I think I'm hooked. My combo is a 350 .030, 2.02 camel hump heads, 600 holley dbl pumper, proform hei distributor, lumpy cam(don't know exact specs), headers, flowmasters, 4.56, traction bars, homemade sfc., m20, comp plus shifter, street radials. My times are listed below, keep in mind I really wasn't planning on running that day. The car was loaded(long trip) with luggage, baby seats, coolers, spare & tools in trunk! Anyway I smoked a newer rustang!! yeah! What can I do to improve?? lower tire psi? launch rpm??? Any help is welcome!

Whew! A long trip with 4.56's. That must have been different.
A set of ET Streets, unload the car of tools, spare, baby seat, etc. A few practice laps to learn how to get the car out of the gate, better concentration on the lights and you will have a LOT more fun.

Slicks Slicks and more slicks!!! A good set of ET Drags would help tons!! I went from a 2.4 60ft to a 1.8 and it launches HARD!
