I only know as much as I read, but there's good info over on NovaResource:

This suggests that:
It's a 71 and later rear (probably an 8.5" then)
CA == axle ratio code (2.73 Posi from 71-74 Camaro??? not sure but that's the only CA code I saw)
G == Detroit Gear & Axle
152 == 152nd day of the year
2 == 2nd shift
G == Detroit G&A Positraction Carrier
