I have a 1985 camaro 2.8 car. We have been driving this car reliably for over 2 years. 2 weeks ago, the car developed a hard start, into a no start situation.

We have since replaced all spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ignition control module. We have also replaced the in tank fuel pump.

The car now has spark, and fuel into the cylinders. the plugs look like they are getting wet. And the car almost wants to fire, but now acts flooded.

I am not sure what to look for next. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Spark plugs being gas fouled will not fire. Remove them and blow dry.
Starting a flooded EFI engine is the same as a flooded carb engine - hold throttle to the floor while cranking.
I suggest to use a timing light to make sure you have spark as you say and if it occurs at the right time. Good luck.

If your plugs are getting wet it's possible that you may need to replace the valves.
