I suspect it's a Custom Camaro done by some Orange County Choptopers. Chop-Chop. :D

ask for the first 6 numbers of the VIN. That will tell you if its a vert or not.

Well, looks wise, the top isnt correct for a factory look. The top covers too much of the rear windows area, thats what I see making it look incorrect. Do check vin number for if its a vert or couple.

Convertible top header bow? Filler panel between the trunk lid and rear window look arched up and not flat like a vert is supposed to be? I'd bet that the top frame came from a fox body.

Well since it's so close to the border, I'm gonna say thats a Tijuana special.
Rear arm rest are sweeeeet:D

whoa, yeah something's wrong, top doesn't fit or look right. Ugh kind of ugly with the custom interior...like the ad says, what you see is what you get!

Whats up with the rear spoiler?
This would be a good fixer upper, lots of small things missing, def someone inexperienced owned/"restored" this one.

What do you mean chuck? Its on a fox body. You mean a Ford? like 87-92 mustang?

I don't know where the top or the rear spoiler came from, but I'd say that car left the factory as a coupe.

Fugly looking top - how do you roll up the rear quarter windows? I agree - they cut the top off of a coupe, or replaced coupe quarters with vert, and added the top. Unless they used subframe connectors, I bet it wallows and shakes all over the place when you go over a bump.

When a person cannot take 2 seconds to straighten the air cleaner or spend a few bucks for a PCV breather I would hate to think what other corners were cut.

that car was put together for a quick sell. You'll never get the full story.

That car started life as a coupe, no question. You can tell from the upsweep of the trunk filler, real verts are flat. The tops of the qtr panels do not have the correct contours eithier. Looks like a practice car :)

Beside from the Convertible issues, there are other issues with the car. First thing that jumps out to me is the horse shoe shifter. '67 automatics didn't have that style shifter.

That car is a mess, plain and simple, I wouldn't give him 5K for it.

The original ad was deleted, but the guy reposted it.

I love the "what you see is what you get" comment in the ad.

It looks like the bastid offspring of a 67 Camaro mating with a Mustang convertible...

The stripes look incorrect to me.
