I dont have a press to push these bushings in I am doing bolting them on and pushing them in that way. The bushings arent flush with the control arms. They are energy suspension polyurethane bushings. The metal sleeves have some little bubble looking things all around the inside collar which doesnt allow it to sit flush. Do i have to make them flush and crush in those bubble things?

Sounds like they are in all the way to me. Those little bubble things place the metal sleeve in the right place for everything to work as designed. I never used a press for UCA bushings always drove them in with a hammer and socket.
