New wheel Cyl's, New Master Cyl have bleed brakes 3 times no air did bench bleed on master cyl. all brakes adjusted up but still have 1/2 brake pedal it is hard at that point can not pump up pedal can't figure this one out have done brakes all my life but I am stumpped on this one any ideas??

Did you check the hole in the back of the master cylinder. Some are flush and some have a hole about 1-3/4" for the brake pedal rod.

I feel the rod hit the master cyl. when I push the brake pedal down at about 1/2 inch
