I can't believe no one has started a thread on this one...

I can't afford it but if anyone from a far needs an objective set of eyes and someone to test drive it for them I'm here for you! :D

Last two times I saw him with it Camaro X was white. It's a great looking Camaro I can hardly wait to see what Charley brings home next.

Nice car! I like the photos of the 4 cars in his stable, including "Jackass" on the RH side.

Thanks........Jackass.........:D

Did not know Stilow built it, but then again I have not read about it but I have looked at the pictures.

That's actually a good price for that car. Even if you did ALL the labor yourself, you would have a hard time building it for under $100k.
Charile, I'm just up the road from you. Can I make payments?

Sorry, just had to do it, LOL. How often can you reply to a post with an answer like "Jackass" and not have it be an insult or get moderated!

When I first read about Jackass, I thought it was an odd name for sure. For those that haven't read about it, it's named after a previous Stielow built Camaro named Mule. I guess Donkey just wouldn't cut it.

If somebody would just find me a good lawyer in my other thread, I'd glady give Camaro X a home here on the East Coast.... :)

As if that car wasn't bad *** enough in white, Charlie goes and paints it my FAVORITE Camaro color!! lol:yes:
All thos cars he has there, RED WITCH, MULE, CAMARO X, & JACKASS are top-notch builds. Stielow can build some beasts! Good luck with the sale Charlie. She's a beauty.

My fave is the Red Witch, it just pure awsome with a side of wing window tossed in. What more could you want.

One day I will find a buyer for this extra kidney and then I might be able to give a down payment for her.

Charley are those wheels by Jim Fikse? They look very similiar to my center locks

Yes they are Fikse wheels... Someone on here might also be bored with their stock type car. I will consider a partial trade for a stock survivor or restored car. It would make it alot easier than spending all the time and money converting their own car.

Hey Charley, I'll save you the trouble and call myself a jackass! Since we're neighbors (opposite sides of the city of Sacramento), I thought you might be willing to trade me straight up for my 67 RS:

I didn't realize it was Charlie's until I saw that crazy email address and the MULE staring at me from the pics at the bottom of the ad. I remember when I first joined TC, Charlie posted a video from a dyno run of the Mule and I knew I was at the right place :)

I understand the car was originally LeMans Blue and Charlie thought it would be easier to sell than white...can't argue with that logic.:noway:

Hey Fred,

Thanks a lot. They are Voxx "Old School" and they only came out a couple of months ago. I really surprised myself because I was planning on polished Torq Thrust II's for 3 years, but when these came out and I got a killer deal on them, I just couldn't resist. The fronts are 17 x 8 (4.75 BS) on 235/45/ZR17 Hankook tires, while the rears are 17 x 9.5 (5.5 BS) on 275/40/ZR17. I really like them a lot and always get compliments on them. Brad at Discount Tire really took care of me on these and I would highly recommend him!

BTW, did I mention that Charley's car is freakin' awesome? And that's a great piece in Hot Rod on Jackasss.

I'm the one who just got home .....

It would never go till 3 am... if one of my kids did not come home before curfew I would find them and drag them home by their earlobe with my arm out the window while they ran next to the car .

The restored '67 Z/28?

The question I have is what is the build date? Looking for a "YAB" plate coordination.
