thorpe67RS Jul 26th, 09, 05:55 PM Just like it left the factory. :)
yellow69RS Jul 26th, 09, 10:07 PM Well the seller's right about one thing. It needs a new home. When it comes to camaro parts he can't tell first gen and second gen apart.

Yea that stays with us.
6781camaro Jul 27th, 09, 09:41 PM It looks like he had a spray paint practicing party for beginners on that car. Whew! yuck!:p
Although, as ugly as it is, it does have potential to be a nice car (with the right owner). Hopefully that vin is not tampered with though. I call that a "Hollywood Resto". Just good enough to show in a quick scene or two from 100 feet away. :D
buenymayor Jul 28th, 09, 06:48 AM I saw that car last night on Ebay and was thinking the same ting.... poor car. The description is horrible.

jd502 Jul 28th, 09, 07:39 PM 68 front bumper, 70 rear bumper It will take some time to align them up;)
RichSchmidt Jul 28th, 09, 08:18 PM I dont think the vin is tampered,it looks like the dash area was very rusty and somebody coated it with some kind of super thick and nasty paint, then this guy scraped the paint off to take a picture of the VIN.Did you see the rivets? The paint was so thick the rivets look like just little bumps in the paint.I see a long stay in the blast booth for this car.
OK69 Jul 28th, 09, 09:36 PM The VIN looks awful.

Chevy1 Jul 29th, 09, 06:37 AM Poor thing indeed, hope someone restores or pro-streets it properly and puts another 69 back on the road!
OK69 Jul 29th, 09, 08:15 PM I asked him if the hideen VIN matched and he had no idea, so I told him where it was.
