My 68 has a front spoiler on it that is cracked. It's made of thin fiberglass and is really flimsy. I've been reading the previous posts on front spoilers along with looking at what is offered by Steve's, Classic, and Ricks and would just like a confirmation if I have this right before I go order one.
The front spoiler sold as "technically correct for concours use" is the little short one with the rounded edges and does not use a brace kit. It basically is more like a lip that sticks straight down off the front valance.
The spoiler sold as "aftermarket" for 67-68 anduses the brace kit mimics the look of the 69 spoiler that protrudes outward from the valance at an angle.
Is this correct ?
Thanks,
