I finally had enough money to complete the last piece of my restore and that was to get my original trashed trans rebuilt. I had an extra one I bought it years ago for another car and since I had it I thought I would spend available money on other things until I had the cash for the rebuild of the cars original trans. So last night I finally started the replacement and found that the old trans in the car was stamped:

P9C06 29N100373

With a little help from Kevin I understand its from a 69 firebird, 373- 69 produced at Norwood.

So the quesiton is does anyone know a lost and found for firebird parts? I spent most of last night seaching with no luck. Would love to get it back to the original car. Since I have no use for it would be a great find if the car is still out there and I am whiling to sell it cheap.
I thought between 300 and 400 would be fair. You guys agree?
