First off I'm not going to say who the sponsor is, but would rather just remind all the sponsor here to please keep Customer Service priority. Now the situation that brings this up. I bought an Ididit steering column from a sponsor here. We went back and forth 2 or 3 days to make sure everything was correct because it is a custom length column. So I placed the order and when it came in I needed a spline on the steering box end, but it was built with a double "D" end. I contacted the sponsor I bought it from and thought everything had been taken care of. We had agreed I'd keep the column and they would send a new universal joint to replace the joint I already had for one that would make the column work. Well it's been almost two months and several calls and emails and no joint. Most of the time not even a call or email back from them. So I now am going to buy a universal joint from a different sponsor, because it has been holding up my truck from getting finished. It's hard to support sponsors when the service is'nt there. I may have not bought thousands of dollars worth of parts, but maybe this was me trying out this particular sponsor before buying other items. And now I'm glad I did. Sorry for the long winded explaination, but I did want to give the situation. So I'm stepping off the soap box, but just reminder sponsors the person buying that $100 part now may be looking to spend big bucks in the near future and if service isn't there another company is right around the corner trying to get the bussiness.
