Its blue light yellow light for 69 Camaros. Both of those are multiplex AM/FM radios, blue lights were used up to about August of 69, yellow lights after that.
All radios in a Camaro are options. Dealers would purposley order cars without radios so they could put some knockoff motorola radio in an make a couple of extra bucks. Most cars equipped with radios came with just an AM unit with a single speaker in the dash. The bluelight/yellow light units are the rarest of the radios used in 69.

So a Blue light mp3 look alike for some good tunes would be correct for a 69 June car

Main difference between blue light/yellow light is the blue had a separate multiplex box screwed to the cowl above the glove box via rubber nuts. They leaked eventually trashing the unit. Expensive to repair. On the yellow it is integral. The chassis is also different; blues had "stereo" engraved in the lens, on yellows it is printed on the FM band. Factory stereo cars had a piece of black cardboard taped under the dash speaker grille.
It is work to add a factory stereo as there is lots of wiring, 4 speakers w/special kick-panel grilles for the front. For '69 Camaro, Chevelle, Nova and full-size used the same AM or monaural am/fm so they are not hard to find but be aware they looked the same for several years. '70-up used a different plug.
If you are a glutton for punishment you could consider adding the console-mount 8-track...
